decisions made by Walker’s Shortbread (the “Sponsor”) regarding any aspect of this
Promotion, including eligibility of participants, are final and binding.
1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW
The Walker’s Shortbread “Send a Gift” Promotion (the “Promotion”) allows Eligible
Participants to send a free box of Walker’s Shortbread with a personalized note to a
loved one.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on December 23, 2025, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and
ends on January 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, or when 3,000 participants have
successfully submitted gifts, whichever comes first (the “Promotion Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached
the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the start of the Promotion
Period.
Employees, representatives, or agents of Walker’s Shortbread, its affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families (parents,
children, siblings, spouse) or household members are not eligible to participate.
Any individual who meets the above requirements will be referred to as an “Eligible
Participant.”
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate, Eligible Participants must:
1. Complete the online “Send a Gift” form on the official microsite.
2. Provide accurate recipient information and any requested personalized message.
3. Submit the form during the Promotion Period.
Note: Limit of one (1) submission per participant.
5. VERIFICATION
All submissions are subject to verification by the Sponsor. The Sponsor may require proof of
identity and/or eligibility (including government-issued photo identification). Failure to provide
such proof may result in disqualification.
6. DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
● Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid recipient information
● Technical failures, network errors, or interruptions in the submission process
● Lost, late, or misdirected submissions
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries,
and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or from the
sending or receipt of any gift.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. The
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical
failures, or any other factor compromises its integrity.
The Promotion is conducted solely by the Sponsor and is not sponsored, endorsed, or
administered by any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or
Twitter.
8. GOVERNING LAW
The Promotion is intended for Canadian residents only and is governed by the laws of the
Province of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved
in accordance with Ontario law.
