According to Best Buy’s website, all of the Big 3 carriers (Bell, Rogers, Telus) now have the 100GB Canada/U.S. roaming plan for $35/month that was in a previous Telus thread.

I’m currently with Telus and tried just calling customer service trying to simply get anywhere close. The agent could not offer me the plan as an existing customer.
He suggested adding a new line with a new SIM to get the deal, then cancel my current line and transfer my current phone number to the other account. That seems like a bigger pain than just porting over to another company and porting back through a winback.
Guess I’ll have to switch back to Bell or try Rogers.
