1. Promotion Period
The Sale Launch promotion (“Promotion”) begins November 2, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ET and ends November 9, 2026 at 3:00 a.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).
Shop’s systems will determine whether an order was submitted and completed during the Promotion Period.
2. Sponsor and Offer Provider
The Promotion and the associated Shop Cash reward are offered by Shopify Inc., 151 O’Connor Street, Ground Floor, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2L8, Canada (“Shop”).
Participating merchants do not sponsor or administer the Shop Cash offer unless expressly stated.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is available to eligible Shop customers located in:
The United States, including the District of Columbia and all U.S. territories; and
Canada.
A customer must have or create a valid Shop account and must remain signed in through that account when completing the qualifying purchase.
Customers must satisfy Shop’s account, age, location, payment, and other eligibility requirements. Shop may exclude accounts associated with fraud, abuse, duplicate identities, automated activity, prior violations, or attempts to circumvent offer limits.
4. Qualifying Purchase
To qualify, an eligible customer must complete one order of at least $200 (in local currency) from a single participating merchant through Shop, on Shop.com web or in the Shop app, during the Promotion Period.
The $200 minimum is calculated based on the qualifying merchandise subtotal before taxes, shipping charges, credits, and returns. Amounts attributable to returned, refunded, canceled, or otherwise ineligible products do not count toward the minimum.
Orders split across multiple merchants or multiple transactions cannot be combined. Purchases completed after a merchant redirects the customer outside Shop are not eligible.
Gift cards, cash-equivalent products, subscriptions, regulated products, and other merchant, product, category, payment, or order types may be excluded as identified by Shop or the participating merchant.
5. Reward
An eligible customer who completes a qualifying purchase will receive $50 in Shop Cash in local currency.
Shop Cash will be issued upon completion of the qualifying transaction and credited to the eligible customer’s Shop account. Processing or account display delays may occur.
Limit one $50 Shop Cash reward per customer during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number or value of qualifying purchases. Creating or using multiple accounts does not increase this limit. Shop Cash expires 180 days after receipt. Detail information per country can be found in the Shop Cash terms.
Shop Cash is offered by Shop and is subject to the Shop Cash terms, including eligibility, expiration, redemption, participating merchant, product, category, location, account, and other restrictions. A Shop account is required to receive and redeem Shop Cash.
