After release the price has been bumped up to $949 but the two pack is cheaper than the past sale at $849 which makes this an ATL I believe. Seems to be a good deal for the capacity.
Came out to $900 tax in per unit not counting the 4% Rakuten cashback. ($0.448/Wh)
The only downside is having to buy two to get this deal.
