New and Existing Customer Tiered Bonus Offer Terms and Conditions

Questrade, Inc. (“Questrade”) is offering eligible New Clients who enter the Offer Code GET1000 on their first account application, and eligible Existing Clients who opt in to the Offer (each, an “Eligible Client”), a tiered cash bonus of up to $1,000 CAD (the “Bonus”) for funding one or more Eligible Accounts (the “Offer”). Between 12:01 a.m. ET on October 13, 2026 and 11:59 p.m. ET on November 2, 2026 (the “Offer Period”), New Clients must start their first Eligible Account application, Existing Clients must opt in to the Offer, and all Eligible Clients must initiate at least one Deposit or Transfer-In. Deposits must be received and settled by 11:59 p.m. ET on November 2, 2026. Transfers-In must be initiated through the Questrade online portal during the Offer Period and received and settled by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 14, 2026 (the “Settlement Deadline”). The Bonus amount earned depends on the Eligible Client’s Net Funding across their Eligible Accounts as of the Settlement Deadline, and is paid in two instalments, subject to maintaining that Net Funding through each Check Date, as described below. 1. How to Qualify

To be eligible for this Offer you must:

a. be either:

a new client of Questrade. A “New Client” is an individual who, at the start of the Offer Period, does not hold any open and funded account with Questrade or Questrade Wealth Management Inc. (“QWM”); or

an existing client of Questrade. An “Existing Client” is an individual who, at the start of the Offer Period, holds one or more open and funded accounts with Questrade or QWM;

b. Have attained the age of majority in the Canadian province or territory you reside in as of the first date of participation in this Offer;

c. opt in to the Offer during the Offer Period by:

if you are a New Client, applying offer code GET1000 (the “Offer Code”) at the time your first Eligible Account application is started. Your application must be started during the Offer Period. The Offer Code must be entered when the application is started and cannot be added to the application afterward. If you do not enter the Offer Code when your application is started, you may instead opt in to the Offer through the Rewards and Benefits section of the online Customer Portal on the Questrade website at any time during the Offer Period, in the same manner described in (ii) below. Except as set out in this paragraph, no retroactive exceptions will apply;

if you are an Existing Client, opting in to the Offer through the Rewards and Benefits section of the online Customer Portal on the Questrade website at any time during the Offer Period. You only need to opt in once. An opt in made outside the Offer Period is not effective;

d. Hold or open, as applicable, one or more Eligible Accounts. An “Eligible Account” is any individual self-directed investing account held or opened with Questrade, including but not limited to Cash, Margin, TFSA, RRSP, RRIF, LIRA, FHSA, and RESP accounts. Custom Indexing accounts are Eligible Accounts where they otherwise meet these criteria. QWM accounts, informal trusts, FX, joint, and entity accounts (being any account opened as a corporate, partnership, sole proprietorship, formal trust, estate, investment club or other non-individual account) are not Eligible Accounts;

e. initiate at least one Deposit or Transfer-In (each defined in Section 3) to an Eligible Account during the Offer Period;

f. meet the Qualifying Funding criteria set out in Section 3 and the maintenance requirements set out in Section 4;

AND

g. Otherwise comply with all Offer terms and conditions contained herein (the “Offer Terms”).

2. Bonus Tiers

The Bonus you receive is determined by your cumulative Net Funding as of the Settlement Deadline, as follows:

Net Funding (CAD)

Total Bonus (CAD)

$20,000 – $49,999.99

$100

$50,000 – $99,999.99

$300

$100,000 or more

$1000

For greater clarity, Net Funding below $20,000 does not earn a Bonus. Bonus tiers are not cumulative or additive: an Eligible Client whose Net Funding reaches $100,000 or more receives a single Bonus of $1,000, not the sum of each tier. Each Eligible Client may receive only one Bonus under this Offer.

3. Qualifying Funding

To count towards a Bonus tier, funds must be fully received and settled at Questrade by the Settlement Deadline, and Deposits must also be received and settled by the end of the Offer Period.

a. Deposits. A “Deposit” is money added to an Eligible Account by any of the following methods, initiated during the Offer Period (this list is not exhaustive):

i. Interac e-transfer; ii. Visa Debit; iii. Online bill payment; iv. Pre-authorized deposit; v. Wire transfer; vi. Cheque deposit; and vii. DRS deposit. A Deposit is initiated on the date it is received and settled in your Eligible Account, as recorded in Questrade’s systems. This means a Deposit counts only if it is received and settled by the end of the Offer Period. Some methods, including online bill payment and wire transfer, can take several business days to be received, so allow enough time. The following are not Deposits: (a) transfers between accounts held with Questrade or QWM; (b) interest, dividends and other investment income; and (c ) any deposit that is reversed, returned, charged back or dishonoured.

b. Transfer-In. A “Transfer-In” is a transfer of cash or in-kind securities from an external financial institution into an Eligible Account. A Transfer-In counts toward this Offer only if it is initiated through the Questrade online portal during the Offer Period and is fully received and settled by the Settlement Deadline. A transfer initiated at, or submitted directly to, the external financial institution does not count, even if the assets are received by the Settlement Deadline. Transfers initiated before the Offer Period do not count toward Net Funding, even if you opt in during the Offer Period.

A Transfer-In is initiated on the date Questrade’s systems first record it.

c. Net Funding. “Net Funding” means

(i) the total value of Deposits and Transfers-In into your Eligible Accounts that meet Sections 3a and 3b, minus

(ii) the total gross amount of withdrawals and transfers-out from your Eligible Accounts processed from the start of the Offer Period to the Settlement Deadline. The following rules apply when calculating Net Funding:

Only funds fully received and settled by the Settlement Deadline are counted.

Investment gains or losses do not affect your Net Funding.

Only Deposits and Transfers-In into Eligible Accounts count. Eligible Clients who also hold QWM accounts may participate in this Offer, but funds held in QWM accounts do not count.

A transfer between your own Eligible Accounts does not affect Net Funding.

A transfer out of an Eligible Account to any other account is a transfer-out and is deducted from Net Funding. This includes transfers to a QWM account, to a joint, entity or other account that is not an Eligible Account, and to an external financial institution.

Withdrawals from any of your Eligible Accounts, including accounts you held before the Offer and accounts you did not fund under this Offer, are deducted from Net Funding.

Securities received by Transfer-In are valued at their market value, as recorded in Questrade’s systems, at the time they settle into your Eligible Account, and amounts in USD are converted to CAD at the prevailing exchange rate at the time funds settle into your Eligible Account.

A withdrawal or transfer out is processed on the date it is debited from your Eligible Account, as recorded in Questrade’s systems, regardless of when it was requested or initiated. Withdrawals are counted at their gross amount, before any tax withholding.

d. New Clients. Net Funding is calculated across all of your Eligible Accounts, whether or not the Offer Code was entered on each application, as of the Settlement Deadline.

e. Existing Clients. Net Funding is calculated across all of your Eligible Accounts, including accounts held before the Offer Period, in accordance with Section 3(c ). Assets already held in your accounts before the Offer Period are not Deposits or Transfers-In.

f. Existing Clients: Retroactive Crediting. If you are an Existing Client and opt in during the Offer Period, qualifying Deposits and Transfers-In from the start of the Offer Period count toward your Net Funding, including those made before you opted in. This is applied automatically and you do not need to contact Questrade.

g. Deposits and transfer-ins may be made into more than one Eligible Account.

h. Questrade is not responsible for delays by external financial institutions, transfer agents or payment processors. Funds that are not fully received and settled by the Settlement Deadline do not count toward Net Funding for any reason.

4. Additional Terms and Conditions

a. Bonus Payout Account. The Bonus will be deposited into an individual or joint self-directed Questrade Cash or Margin account. If on the first Check Date you do not have at least one eligible payout account open and in good standing, you will be disqualified from receiving the Bonus. Questrade reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to contact you and offer you an opportunity to open such an account, or to otherwise deem you eligible for the Bonus, if your eligibility can be verified before the applicable Bonus Payout Date.

(i) Bonus Payout Account Priority. In the event you have several eligible Bonus payout accounts, the Bonus will be paid to the first available account in the following order of priority as of each Check Date (defined below in Section 4(c )):

Individual self-directed cash account (oldest if multiple);

Individual self-directed margin account (oldest if multiple);

Joint self-directed cash account (oldest if multiple);

Joint self-directed margin account (oldest if multiple);

b. Bonus Payout Schedule. To receive each instalment of the Bonus, you must meet both of the following conditions: (i) on each Check Date, your Net Funding must remain at or above the minimum for the Bonus tier you earned as of the Settlement Deadline. Market and currency movements do not affect your Net Funding. Withdrawals and transfers-out reduce it. Deposits and transfers-in made after the Settlement Deadline can offset such withdrawals and transfers-out, but cannot increase your Net Funding above its Settlement Deadline amount (see Section 4(c )); and (ii) through each Check Date and Bonus Payout Date, you must remain a Questrade client in good standing, with an eligible payout account open and in good standing (see Section 4(a)). The Bonus will be paid in two instalments: fifty percent (50%) on or about June 11, 2027, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) on or about December 10, 2027 (each, a “Bonus Payout Date”). If you fail to meet either condition before an instalment is paid, you forfeit that instalment and any later instalment.

c. Net Funding Check Dates. Questrade will verify your Net Funding as of 11:59 p.m. ET on June 2, 2027 and December 2, 2027 (each, a “Check Date”), each occurring three (3) business days before the applicable Bonus Payout Date. On each Check Date, your Net Funding must be at or above the minimum for the Bonus tier you earned as of the Settlement Deadline. For each Check Date, Net Funding is calculated as set out in Section 3(c ), except that if the total withdrawals and transfers-out processed (as determined under Section 3(c )(viii)) after the Settlement Deadline up to and including the Check Date exceed the total deposits and transfers-in received over the same period, the difference is deducted. For this purpose, a deposit or transfer-in counts only if it would meet Section 3(a) or 3(b) except for the requirements that it be initiated during the Offer Period and received and settled by the end of the Offer Period (for Deposits) or the Settlement Deadline (for Transfers-In). Market fluctuations do not count against you; withdrawals and transfers-out do. If your Net Funding is below the required minimum on a Check Date, you forfeit the instalment for that Check Date and every later instalment, even if you restore your Net Funding before a later Check Date. Your Bonus will not be reduced to a lower tier. For example, if you earned the $1,000 tier with $100,000 in Net Funding and withdraw $10,000 in March 2027, you will receive neither instalment unless you restore your Net Funding by the June 2, 2027 Check Date. If, in that example, you deposit $10,000 in April 2027 and make no other withdrawals through December 2, 2027, you remain eligible for both instalments.

d. Tax. The Bonus may constitute taxable income. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of the Bonus.

e. Release. By participating in this Offer, you agree that: (a) Questrade, its parent company, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising directly or indirectly from your participation in this Offer or the receipt or use of the Bonus; and (b) you release the Released Parties from any and all claims related to this Offer, the Bonus, or your participation herein.

f. These Offer Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

g. The Offer is not available to employees of Questrade or its affiliates, nor to members of their immediate households.

h. Questrade reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer and these Offer Terms at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

i. All amounts quoted are in Canadian dollars (“CAD”) unless explicitly indicated otherwise.

j. The headings and subheadings used in these Offer Terms are for convenience and reference only. They do not form a part of the Offer Terms and will not be used to interpret or construe its provisions.

k. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Offer Terms and disclosures or other statements contained in any Offer-related materials, including but not limited to point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these Offer Terms shall prevail, govern and control.

l. If any provision of these Offer Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

m. This Offer is not transferable.

n. The decisions and interpretations of Questrade with respect to any aspect of this Offer are final and binding on all participating clients to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulatory requirements, and without limiting any rights you may have to submit complaints through applicable regulatory channels.

o. If Questrade in its sole discretion determines a client has committed or suspects a client of fraud, abuse, manipulation, violating these Offer Terms, or gaming the Offer construct in a way that runs counter to how the Offer was intended to operate, Questrade may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take any action it considers appropriate, including but not limited to, disqualification and removal from any current or future offers or promotions, forfeiture or withdrawal of the Bonus and associated benefits (including any instalment already paid), or closure of the client’s accounts with Questrade and/or its affiliates.

p. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, except the Switch for Free promotion and the Questrade Plus Trial Offer, and any other offer that expressly states it can be combined with this Offer.

q. The Client confirms having received a French version of this Offer available here. The Client also confirms that the Client wishes that the Offer Terms be drawn up in English. Le Client confirme avoir reçu une version française de cette Offre, disponible ici. Le Client confirme également sa volonté que les termes de l’Offre soient rédigés en anglais.
