A battery powered kettle is a good idea for emergencies if you’ve already have many power tool batteries, this works fine with an adapter for whatever brand you have.Two other decent deals on Makita tools on this site, seems that it’s Federated Tool Supply store that has changed their name to Canuck Tools.
This portable 14″ cut off saw is another 36V tool not sure if it could be used for masonry work with a diamond saw. Cheapest I’ve ever seen it, the US code for this is XWL01Z.

This is a 3″ cut off tool that can switch direction of rotation for difficult cuts in odd situations, I’ve seen it at this price at IHL before but they’re out of stock. Have a cheap imitation of this tool and it is good for grinding small areas too.
