The winner and their guest participating in the Canadian Beer Day VIP Brewery Experience
must each be of legal drinking age in the province or territory where the experience takes place.

Beer Canada will be responsible for the management, packaging, shipping and delivery of the
full grand prize package, subject to applicable laws, availability and the provisions of these
Official Giveaway Rules.

5. CANADIAN BEER DAY VIP BREWERY EXPERIENCE
The Canadian Beer Day VIP Brewery Experience is for the winner plus one (1) guest and is
subject to host brewery availability, scheduling, location, applicable laws and any reasonable
participation or safety requirements established by the host brewery.

Both the winner and guest must be of legal drinking age in the province or territory where the
experience takes place.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by Beer Canada in writing, transportation, airfare,
accommodation, meals, ground transportation and other travel or personal expenses are not
included.

If the Canadian Beer Day VIP Brewery Experience cannot reasonably be provided as described,
Beer Canada reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to substitute that component with
another prize or experience of equal or greater approximate retail value.
