This looks like a remake of the Harbour Freight U.S. GENERAL 30 in., 1-Drawer Service Cart but may be a bit lighter duty. The PA model doesn’t list an overall working load but the HF model lists 350 lbs, 75 lbs on the drawer slide pair.
I doubt this deal will last long. Added some examples of some decked out carts. The PA picture doesn’t really do justice to what you can do with these carts.
