The GPU is old and underwhelming but shopping around, a basic trash level Acer desktop with the same i5-14400 and 16Gb of ram but without any GPU is 850-900$ so definitly a good find for 722$
You can also sell off the RTX 3050 to financer a better GPU. This CPU will pair quite well with an RTX 5060 / RTX 5060ti / AMD RX 9060 XT
