Seems like good specs for less than $700.
I have purchased an open box iphone 15 from openbox.ca, it came in practically new with 0 battery cycles and 12 months of apple warranty not sure about their laptops but does come with warranty and it is a open box vs their refurbs which usually can have some cosmetic defects/signs of use.
