– the PA product specs page is incorrect: it lists max 250 ft-lbs
– the wrench is made in Italy, each unit comes with a calibration certificate, mine says max deviation less than 0.7%
– yes, you can use it for tire changes, but it is akin using a microscope to crack hazelnuts
