No return but I got this last week and received it today. And I am very happy with the purchase. Other than the box is crumbled the soundbar came out to be in great/new condition. The sound is one of the better ones given its price range. And great for my 2-bedroom condo unit. Very easy setup too.
For those who want to enhance their audio experience more than their existing TV (I got it to go with my TCL QM7K) but not breaking the bank or go crazy with the setup.. this could be the answer.. or you can pair it with another subwoofer in the future if really needed.
Not a review on Rtings but so far based on user reviews many are very happy with it and the quality/price ratio is high..
Retail at $450 but you can often get it for brand new $299 on Amazon or BestBuy
