We’re pleased to inform you that effective January 25, 2026, we will be combining balances from Cash Miles and Dream Miles into a single balance.
What does this mean for you?
•Cash Miles and Dream Miles will now be known as “Miles.” The value of Miles isn’t changing—we’re just making it easier for you to track and redeem your Miles.
•You’ll be able to redeem Miles for any category, including merchandise, travel, experiences, events, eVouchers or in-store.
•As of January 25, 2026, we will remove Transfer Miles as there’s no need for it with combined balances. Please note that leading up to January 25, Transfer Miles might be intermittently unavailable as we work on these changes.
•Our Buy Miles benefit will continue as usual except you will purchase “Miles” as opposed to “Dream Miles.”
