FAQ
Is every piece non-toxic?

Yes, all products are non-toxic and have been tested and certified for compliance with Canadian regulations by an accredited third party.

Can I collect my stamps in paper or digital format only? 

Yes, if you are a PC Optimum™ member, you have the option to collect stamps on the paper stamp card obtained in store, or digitally through the App. Non-members can collect stamps using the paper stamp card. A complete set of 20 digital OR paper stamps must be presented to cashier at time of purchase. A mix of digital and paper stamps collected are accepted as long as they are a complete set together (20 stamps). Once you opt in to collect digital stamps, it can’t be undone.  

If I did not get my stamps/forgot to get them when paying, can I use my receipt to get them at customer services? 

Yes, please see customer service in-store to get your missing stamps with your receipt. 

Can I use my leftover stamps from the last “Collect & Save” program to redeem? 

No, stamps and completed stamp cards expire once the promotional period ends and cannot be used for any future similar Program. Each program features a unique stamp that must be collected for the corresponding promotional item. 

The style I want is sold out at my store. Can I get a rain check? 

No, unfortunately, we cannot issue rain checks.  You can, however, try checking Participating Loblaw Banner stores near you. Important Note: Selection and/or quantities may diminish as completed cards are redeemed by customers.

Offer available in-store and online at participating Loblaw banner stores starting Oct. 23, 2025. Receive 1 stamp for every $20 spent before applicable taxes in a single transaction until Feb. 11, 2026. 8 bonus stamps available to PC Optimum™ members who opt-in to program using the PC Optimum™ App (the “App”) between Oct. 16, 2025 and Feb. 11, 2026. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to stop issuing stamps (incl. bonus) earlier upon notice posted in-store, in the App and on pcoptimum.ca/collectandsave. Stamps are not provided for purchase of tobacco, alcohol, prescriptions, gift cards, phone cards, lottery tickets, 3rd party operations (post office, gas bar, dry cleaner, etc.) and any other products which are provincially regulated. When you collect and redeem 20 stamps, you’ll get 60 – 80% off 1 Kuhn Rikon ovenware piece, before applicable taxes. Offer cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotional offers. Stamps have no cash value and are non-transferrable.

PC Optimum™ Members: To obtain a digital stamp card, opt-in to this program using the App. Digital stamps collected by a household will be combined on one digital stamp card. For paper stamp card or for non-PC Optimum™ members, see in-store for card. 20 digital or paper or a mix of both stamps must be presented to cashier at time of ovenware purchase. Completed stamp cards can be redeemed until Feb. 25, 2026, after which time stamps/cards expire. Ovenware selection and/or quantities may diminish as completed cards are redeemed. All sales final. Eligible ovenware is under warranty for 2 years from date of purchase and can be replaced at your store of purchase until Feb. 25, 2026 or while supplies last, whichever is earlier, after which time, contact [email protected] for replacement.

Additional Details

There are six (6) styles of Ovenware to choose from. The styles are: Square Tray 1L, Rectangular Tray 2L, Rectangular Tray 3.6L, Mixing Bowl, Cast Iron Pan, Cast Iron Casserole.

The Program will happen in-store and online at participating Loblaw banner stores. Participating Loblaw banner stores are: Loblaws®, Real Canadian Superstore®, Zehrs®, No Frills®, Fortinos®, Stores in Newfoundland and Labrador, Your Independent Grocer, Real Atlantic Superstore®, Valu-mart, Provigo®and Maxi banner stores. Shoppers Drug Mart® and Pharmaprix ®, no name® stores, Joe Fresh™ standalone, Wholesale Club™ and T&T are not participating. Third party delivery services aren’t included in the promotion.

You can purchase Ovenware products without stamps at the regular retail price as indicated on the physical card, within the App and online at https://pcoptimum.ca/collectandsave.

Stamps are not available for purchase. Stamps have no cash value, are non-transferrable and cannot be used for any discount or transactions outside of this Program. However, if you’re part of a PC Optimum™ member-household, all members of the household will earn and redeem stamps using the same stamp card.

There is no replacement for any physical stamps lost.

The Ovenware sets are under warranty for a period of 2 years from your original date of purchase. Damage attributable to natural wear and tear, improper use, or insufficient or inappropriate care is excluded from the warranty. Ovenware sets that are eligible for replacement under the warranty can be replaced at participating stores until February 25, 2026, or while supplies last, after which, please contact [email protected] for product replacement. Note, while replacements are available in store while stocks last, all 6 pieces of Ovenware may not be available for replacement in all stores.
