If you over stock on the bananas make banana bread and freeze it and or make banana chips in the oven or dehydrator. You can also measure out one bananas amount and weight it dried so if you wanted to rehydrate it later to make smoothies or more banana bread you can do so if you run out of fridge or freezer space.
I’ve had banana chips stay crisp for 3yrs in a pasta jar . You could also powder it if you want to save more space and use it in baking or sauces or maybe baby food for the kids.
