$2,600 is on top of any other inventory discount you may see for inventory.
Most Model Y, S and X are ~$4k-$5k off if you buy from inventory instead of placing a new customized order. Buy one listed as a “demo” and they waive the PDI/Delivery Fees. The referral promo further reduces an additional $2600 off that price.
