The poster in store has the promo listed, where the battery kit is $228, and you get a free tool.
However, the battery kit is currently on sale for $169.
The price for any of the bare tool start at $179, so this works out great.
Bought the battery, and got a tool, no issues at checkout
In hindsight, Home Depot is currently running the same promo, however the battery kit is $239.
