NYT games has their 75% off deal on games subscriptions right now. It’s $1/mo or $9 for 12 months. It auto renews at full price so make sure you cancel before renewal. I believe you can cancel right away and keep what you paid for, but I’m not sure on this. It doesn’t have an end date for the promo.
Subscribing allows you to play the full crossword and play some games like the mini and Wordle from previous days. It also lets you complete some other games like Spelling Bee and Strands, that free users can’t finish.
YMMV as I’m not sure if the deal is for everyone.
