Looks like Tangerine TFSA/RSP Savings account balances are eligible as well to be transferred to an investment account.
Their investment fund accounts are geared towards those who prefer managed investing services, as opposed to self directed so this will not be everyone’s cup of tea. In terms of mgmt fees they seem to fall in between self directed accounts (lowest) and big bank mutual funds (highest) ranging 0.5 – 0.8%. I’ve not personally used their investment fund accounts before. Details on offer below

What qualifies as an eligible transfer?
Your net transfer needs to be at least $15,000 up to a maximum of $250,000.
There are 2 ways to transfer:
1. A Tangerine TFSA or RSP Savings Account to a TFSA or RSP Investment Fund Account
2. A TFSA or RSP from another financial institution to a Tangerine TFSA or RSP Investment Fund Account
How do I open a TFSA and/or RSP?
1. Log in & hit ‘Open an Account’ and select the RSP or TFSA Investment Account you’d like to open
2. Follow the steps to open the Account, and when on the ‘Initial Investment’ screen choose either your existing Tangerine RSP/TFSA Savings Account or ‘External Account – Registered funds elsewhere’
3. Follow the prompts from there
