Warmish deal for a pretty well rated car seat. I would say this is for a toddler, although it can accomodate smaller babies. It would be your second car seat you buy after an infant car seat.

PROS: Can rear face up to 50lbs with use of belt. Less with UAS system (up to 45lb).
CONS: has standard fireproofing material.
Normal Price: $419 at other Walmart etc
REMEMBER: typically can’t return car seats, not sure of Amazon’s policy in this regard and if people trust /feel comfortable with car seat by delivery.
