I have the app downloaded, why am I seeing a landing page prompting me to download the app when I click to play the game?
The Shoppers Drug Mart Wheel of Deals game only works with the latest app store version of the PC Optimum™ app. Please ensure you have the most up to date version on your device.
Why do I have to complete a skill-testing question to claim my prize?
Under the Criminal Code of Canada, all games of pure chance require potential contest winners to complete a skill-based test to make it a game of chance and skill, and to be awarded a prize.
I received my offer; how do I redeem it?
Once you have received your offer by correctly answering the skill-testing question, your offer will be loaded to your PC Optimum™ account. You can redeem your offer until 11:59 PM ET on July 14, 2025 by visiting a participating Shoppers Drug Mart or Pharmaprix location and meeting the criteria of the Offer by making the eligible purchase in store. Offer details can be found in the Wheel of Deals carousel under Your Offers. Scan your PC Optimum™ app at checkout at the time of eligible purchase to redeem your offer.
How long do I have to redeem my offer after it’s been added to my account?
Offers won during the Contest Period must be redeemed by 11:59 p.m. ET on July 14, 2025, after which time they expire. Remember, you must correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question for the offer to be considered claimed.
How many plays do I get?
All digitally registered PC Optimum™ members are entitled to one play within the promotional period.
What happens if I try to redeem my offer after the promotional period?
All offers will expire at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 14, 2025. If you have not redeemed your offer by that date and time, you will no longer be able to redeem it as the offer has expired.
How do I see the details of the offer I won?
You can see the details of your offer under the Wheel of Deals Prizes section of Your Offers. You can click the offer details button to see the specific details of the offer you have won.
I received an offer, why doesn’t it show under the Wheel of Deals Offers section of My Offers?
You can only view active offers in that section, and an offer is only active after you successfully claim it by correctly answering the mathematical skill-testing question and until 11:59 p.m. ET on July 14, 2025.
Summary of the rules
*No purchase necessary to enter and win. Open to Canadian resident digitally registered PC Optimum members aged 14+ at the time of entry whose account has completed a transaction of $5 or more at a Shoppers Drug Mart® retail location at least 4 weeks before the Contest Period begins. Contest ends at 2:59 AM ET on July 13, 2025. To enter, open your PCO App, log in with your PCid and follow the instructions to play the Game Play. Eight unique Offers available to be won at the onset of the contest. Limit 1 entry per PC Optimum account during the Contest Period. Must correctly answer mathematical skill-testing question. Every spin wins an Offer. Offers won during the Contest Period must be redeemed by 11:59 PM ET on July 14, 2025, after which time they expire.
