Bought to replace a 2020 Fire tablet HD 8, fits the same case although the power and volume buttons have been switched around. A frequent sale price has been $89, so the 38% discount is somewhat misleading.
The description says that it doesn’t support Google Play, but you can find work-arounds – I’m not technically oriented, have added Google Play to both tablets with relative ease.
My use has mostly been as an e-reader and for some simple games, can’t really comment on other uses. Battery use for the new one has so far been very good.
