I’ve been obsessively checking GameStop to see if they’ll eventually run a promo offering a bonus promo for trading in the old Switch (current trade in value is $150 for the OLED) so I can put it towards my Switch 2 reservation. So far it looks like they’re only taking games to put towards a new console. Details below.
I had a look at the trade in values for first party Nintendo games and looks okay-ish. Mario Kart 8 is $34 before promo. Mario Odyssey is $30 before promo.
