Just spoke to a rep at Mobile Klinik about replacing a smartphone battery and they mentioned that theres a promo where you get up to $150 credit towards the cost of parts and labour of the repair if you sign up for Telus or Koodo service.
Includes new activations where you port the number over. Additional $50 credit towards the first bill as well. Not limited to any particular plan, all plans eligible.
Their quote of $99+ tax for a Samsung Battery replacement would basically be covered if you get the $150 credit for activating.
Not sure if theres any catch to this but if anyone has any insight, would be helpful.
