Saw a bunch of posts about great Rogers deals so decided to call their Winback department. They had varying plans with different data buckets, CAN/US/MEX, for various price points with Rogers and Fido including fully financed devices.
As a low data user who owns their own phone, cost was the driving factor. They offered me 40GB of Data with Can/US calling and international text messaging for $25 through Fido. Activation fee applies but is credited back on your bills. Account credit is permanent. No contract. More data for less money than I was paying.
As a Rogers MasterCard customer, I can easily pay this for feee with my bonus redemption each month.
