Almost all check out lines, including self checkout, have the individual 61g Skittles Original labelled as 0.98$ but they ring up as 1.48$.
I’ve been grabbing a pack every time I’m in for the last month. A few customer service clerks have gone and verified it, one manager even acknowledged that she already knew the price on the shelf was wrong, but the prices are still up at most checkouts.
Generally they refund the whole amount without asking, though the odd CS you have to remind them about it being free under their Scanner Price Accuracy Code.
At this point I’m annoyed that they are happy to rip ppl off by overcharging the stated price for the odd customer who takes them up on the Price Accuracy code. So it’s time I share it with you lovely ppl.
