I was looking for Bib shorts, and these seem to be unusually cheap from Louis Garneau. Lots of shorts and bib shorts are deeply discounted.

Anyway, tons of deals here at Garneau. I wanted to experiment with bike shorts & bib shorts, and this seemed a cheap way to do it.

It’s free shipping if you spend $100, or Garneau sells a few of their shorts through amazon so you could get free shipping that way if amazon carries the shorts you want.

Edit 1: Confirmed available at a few locations around Vancouver. It seems to be their branded stores.

Edit 2: available at most retailers in malls. Best Buy offering $100GC with Byod activation

Koodo deal ($30) is still much better, but depending on your coverage, this might work for some.
