So my two co-founders and I built KarlaFinance. It’s a Canadian-born personal finance app designed to make your finances feel calm and obvious.
What it does:
- Connect as many cards/accounts as you want
- Gives you a clear view of spending across everything
- Lets you ask your money questions in plain English (instead of digging through categories and filters)
The chat part is the “moat” for us, because it turns finance into something you can actually use day-to-day:

“What can I safely spend this week?”
