  • [Best Buy] $1399 – Alienware 16 Aurora 16″ Gaming Laptop – Blue (Intel Core 7 240H Series 2/32GB RAM/1TB SSD/GeForce RTX 5060)

This seems like a great deal at $1399 but always a risk with an open box product. The downside is the CPU being a little older but looks like an all around great laptop for the price. I just placed an order and there are 3 left showing online.

You can also use Rakuten it’s listed as 3% cash back but not sure if it applies to computer sales.

This same laptop is currently on sale for $1799 at Best Buy with the original price of $2399 (https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product/al … rce=search)

The H.R. MacMillan Space Centre, Vancouver Maritime Museum and Museum of Vancouver will welcome visitors for “Pay-What-You-Can Sundays” starting February 1st, 2026.

On the first Sunday of every month, people are encouraged to pay what they can to visit the three Vanier Park attractions, allowing you to enjoy the exhibitions and programming at a cost you can afford.

Visitors can explore the city’s history, check out new exhibitions and discover cool science offerings all in one day, while visiting the seaside park. Each of the attractions is within short walking distance of the others.

Vanier Park is home to some of Vancouver’s most exciting cultural destinations, says David Jordan, executive director of Vancouver Maritime Museum.

“With monthly Pay-What-You-Can Sundays, we’re making it possible for everyone to explore the park’s museums, share experiences with family and friends, and discover the rich stories our institutions have to offer,” he says.

Recent press release by Michael Unger, director of programming for the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre:

“We believe curiosity should never be limited by cost. Pay-What-You-Can Day reflects our mission of learning without frontiers, welcoming everyone to explore the universe in a way that feels accessible and inclusive, no matter their background or budget.”

    https://driveteslacanada.ca/news/starli … per-month/

At the entry level, the Residential 100 Mbps plan is priced at $70 per month and is designed as a reliable, affordable option for everyday home connectivity. Starlink says the plan is suitable for common household tasks such as web browsing, video streaming, and remote work, delivering speeds of up to 100 Mbps depending on location and network conditions.

The mid-tier Residential 200 Mbps plan comes in at $110 per month, targeting households with heavier usage or multiple connected devices. With speeds of up to 200 Mbps, the plan is a strong fit for families, home offices, and users who regularly stream high-resolution video or participate in video calls.

At the top of the lineup is Residential Max, priced at $140 per month, which Starlink describes as its best-performing home internet option. This plan offers access to maximum available speeds—up to 400+ Mbps in select areas—making it Starlink’s fastest residential service in Canada to date.

Residential Max also includes an added perk: customers can opt in to receive a free Starlink Mini Kit, designed for portable use.

That Mini Kit unlocks discounted and flexible service options for travel, allowing customers to take their connection on the road. Starlink says the Mini can be used for camping, RVing, boating, and other mobile scenarios across the country.
