  • [Mondelez] Mondelez outlet deals – crackers, cookies, candy (Toronto)

    The Mondelez outlet at 1400 O’Connor Drive in East York currently has some good deals – Ritz for $1 and Wheat Thins for $0.50, among other things. See pics. The dates were a bit short (Jan. and Feb.) but they were still good deals.

    If you’ve never checked out the Mondelez outlet, it’s worth a look. They have deals on Peek Freans, Cadbury, Maynards, and other crackers, cookies, and candy under the Mondelez umbrella. Some products are slightly imperfect or short-dated, but others are normal.

    In the past few years, I have found that the deals have not been as good (some items were about the same price as they would be on sale at a grocery store), but I was pleasantly surprised when I went on Friday.

    The black version of the VOLTME 100W charger dropped to $19.99 just after Christmas. The price would fluctuate based on stock availability. When there was stock it was $19.99. When Amazon was out of stock the price jumped to over $50. It kept doing that for a few days and may continue to do that with this new sale.

    The white version of this charger is at an all-time low. For some reason it never matches the price of the black version and it’s always priced higher.

    Full price for both chargers is $56 but it’s often on sale for around $30. $20 and $24 are pretty good deals, especially if you wanted one in white.

    It’s missing the Canadian safety certifications so if that’s a deal breaker for you then avoid this charger.

    It has the following certifications:

    Regulatory Certifications
    – FCC (Federal Communications Commission): A mandatory US certification for electronic products that ensures the device’s electromagnetic interference is within limits approved by the Federal Communications Commission.

    – CE (Conformité Européenne): Indicates the product complies with health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Economic Area.

    Safety & Operational Symbols

    – House Symbol: Indicates the device is designed for indoor use only and should not be exposed to rain or extreme outdoor conditions.

  • [Amazon.ca] UGREEN 5 Pack USBC -> USBA Adapters – $9.59

    Needed to order more of these as the kids are always losing them with their chargers…. I found this more economical having to buy USBA to USB C cables. They are pretty handy for connecting USB C cables to my Desktop that doesnt have USBC ports as they run at USB3 speeds as well. Also good to have for charging your stuff in the car too as neither of my cars have usb c ports

    The reverse are also on sale it seems too (USB C to A)
