General:
1. The Tangerine Bank (the âBankâ) Netflix/Spotify/Disney+ Subscription Rebate Offer (the âOfferâ) is only available between August 17, 2026 and February 28, 2027 (the âOffer Periodâ) to select Tangerine Chequing Clients who receive a communication about the Offer directly from the Bank and who successfully set up one (1) or more eligible recurring pre-authorized payment from the existing Tangerine Chequing Account they have as at August 17, 2026 (the âEligible Accountâ) as outlined below (âEligible Clientsâ).
Eligibility and Fulfillment:
2. The Offer is not transferable and is only available to Eligible Clients who during the Offer Period set up one (1) or more recurring pre-authorized payment (âPAPâ) totalling at least $50 per month with a third-party payee (each an âEligible PAPâ) provided the first Eligible PAP is withdrawn from the Eligible Account by October 31, 2026.
3. A Cash Rebate of Qualifying Subscription Payments (as defined and outlined in the Rebate Conditions section below) will be paid to the Eligible Clientâs Eligible Account for each month during the Offer Period in which the Eligible Client has an Eligible PAP withdrawn from their Eligible Account.
4. Eligible PAPs include those outlined in Section 6 below. Notwithstanding a transaction may be included in these lists, certain exclusions may still apply, and the Bank reserves the right to modify the list of Eligible PAPs and to determine whether a pre-authorized payment is eligible for the Offer.
5. Recurring or one-time fund transfers that are initiated to other Tangerine Accounts (e.g., credit card or savings account), to accounts at other financial institutions, or to payment processing firms, are not eligible for the Offer.
6. The following list includes Eligible PAPs categorized with their corresponding Canadian Payment Association code.

Rebate Conditions:
7. Each month during the Offer Period in which the Eligible Client has an Eligible PAP taken from their Eligible Account, the Eligible Client will receive a cash rebate equal to the dollar amount of Netflix, Spotify or Disney+ monthly subscription payments made from either their Eligible Account or from a Tangerine Credit Card Account for which they are the Primary Cardholder (âQualifying Subscription Paymentsâ), up to a maximum total monthly rebate amount of $15 (âCash Rebateâ).
8. Qualifying Subscription Payments must be made to Netflix, Spotify or Disney+ directly and canât be made through third-party agencies or similar external platforms such as third-party online mobile payment services, platforms or digital wallets.
9. Provided all conditions of this Offer are met, each Cash Rebate will be paid to the Eligible Clientâs Eligible Account in the month following the month the Qualifying Subscription Payment and Eligible PAP were made provided the Eligible Account is open at the time of the Cash Rebate payout.
10. There is a limit of one (1) monthly Cash Rebate during the Offer Period per Eligible Client and per Eligible Account, regardless of the number of Eligible PAPs or Qualifying Subscription Payments in that month. If an Eligible Client has more than one Qualifying Subscription Payment in any month during the Offer Period, the Cash Rebate amount will be that of the higher Qualifying Subscription Payment, up to the monthly total maximum of $15.
Limitations:
11. The subscription services for which Eligible Clients make Qualifying Subscription Payments in order to qualify for this Offer are provided by independent third-party suppliers. The Bank is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these third parties. Any references to third-party names, trademarks, or services are for identification purposes only and do not imply any partnership or approval. All terms, conditions and warranties relating to the third-party subscription services are solely between the Eligible Client and the applicable subscription service provider.
12. This Offer is non-transferable, non-saleable, may not be exchanged for cash and canât be combined with any other chequing account offers.
13. The Bank reserves the right in its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In the event of conflict, these Terms and Conditions will prevail over any of the contents of any brochure, promotional materials or statements, or any other communication regarding this Offer, whether written or oral from the Bank, except where otherwise stated.
14. The Bank reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Offer, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way, including if the Offer can’t run as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Bank which corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of this Offer.
15. The Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, disqualify, limit or revoke this Offer for any account holder it finds or believes to be manipulating or otherwise abusing the process, fairness, or integrity of the Offer or who otherwise is deemed ineligible.
16. By accepting this Offer, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Any notice with respect to this Offer is deemed to be provided on the day it is posted on our website.
