Take a photo of your entire receipt. If enough participating products for more than one Food Jar are purchased on the same receipt, that receipt may be submitted more than 1 time in a separate online transaction. Please keep your original RECEIPT. Receipts are not interchangeable after the fact. The photo of the receipt submitted with your submission is the RECEIPT associated with that submission – whether mistakenly submitted by you or otherwise.
Assuming there are no issues with the validation of your submission, please allow 8-12 weeks for delivery by mail, of your Food Jar. Please DO NO REACH OUT UNTIL 12 weeks have passed to enquire about your Food Jar.
