Go Coconut, a MADE IN CANADA play couch for kids company that manufactures out of Quebec, is doing their annual VIP sale for 25% off their entire site from April 6-13, 2025. This is an amazing sale that they only do once a year off their entire store and makes their prices very comparable to some of the cheaper play couches that are made offshore.
Go Coconut is one of the only play couch companies that still manufactures in Canada. Arches Magoo is the other one that gets recommended a lot and is based in Ontario, but their prices are a bit higher. The highest discount I’ve seen Arches Magoo do is 10% off, so the Go Coconut sale is a lot better. Roo & You, Epic Kidz and others are Canadian companies but they manufacture offshore.
I own a Coconut couch from Go Coconut that we bought last year during the VIP sale and we’ve been using it daily. I’m looking at adding some accessories this time, like maybe get the Builder set. It’s firm enough to build with yet comfortable enough to sit/lounge/sleep on. I’ve used ours as a mattress and it was very comfortable.
You have to be subscribed to their newsletter because you get emailed an unique code that only applies to your email, so make sure you’re subscribed and then you can get the code when the sale starts! I’ve been subscribed since last year’s VIP sale and I rarely get emails from them, so you don’t have to worry about spam.
One thing to note is that last year the VIP sale was 30% off the entire site, but this year it’s just 25%. It’s still a really good deal, considering we can’t time travel, and who knows what the discount will be next year. If you want to buy for birthday or Christmas, you can add a note in your order to delay delivery for the date you want to receive it, so it makes gift shopping extra flexible.
If you can’t decide on the fabric colour, you can also order a fabric sample in advance for $1 so you can see the colour and touch the fabric for yourself before you order.
