Since the well-reviewed AX5125H is out of stock everywhere, I was excited to see Costco.com carrying a new offering from Hisense, a 5.1.4 system at that. The AX700 appears to be a Costco-specific model of the similar AX5140Q, both of which are not yet sold in Canada.

If you are close to the CAN-USA border, can have it shipped to a parcel service and cross the border to collect. At $249.99 USD, this could be a steal for a budget 5.1.4 system. Also, the AX5140Q is carried by Best Buy USA at $399.99 USD (soon to be in stock), with some extra perks, weight and codec capabilities. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hisense-ax … Id=6638461

I’m very very new to metal detectors, but this seems to be a great price. Most information/reviews that I had read recommend this model as a solid choice for beginners. According to 3C, the lowest price that it has been on amazon.ca (going back as far as May 2021) is $370. There is a local FB marketplace ad for a used 440 for $300.

BestBuy has the Yale Approach Lock Key Touchscreen Wi-Fi Smart Lock on sale for $289.99. An additional 20% applies when you add it in your cart (see attached screenshot) making it $231.99. Both silver and black versions available. A reasonable deal I think!

Tesla has launched an offer for Canadians free supercharging for Model 3 inventory models

Great perk for those who drive a lot, uber, live in apartments with no charging etc..

Tesla has over 70,000 superchargers worldwide they are the largest fast charging network in the world

You can see the map for the chargers here:

https://www.tesla.com/en_ca/supercharger

Pricing I’m seeing as low as $58,000 to as high as $69,000

https://www.tesla.com/en_ca

You search view inventory and can search in areas there may be even cheaper options I haven’t searched everywhere

Found a few electronics on steep discounts at Calgary 130th Superstore. Xbox headset is a great deal for me as I missed out on the Steelseries Arctis deal from Costco and this is a similar discount for headphones from a company I’d prefer buying (steelseries offers horrible warranty support for products purchased outside their store). Logitech mouse is also a great deal considering you’re getting a mouse with 3 years warranty from a reputable brand for the same price as the mice from Dollarama.
Obviously YMMV
