I rarely frequent Main Street (the stretch between Science World and Chinatown), but today I happened to do so, on my way to Juke Fried Chicken for their $5 ‘The OJ’ Chicken Sando promo deal earlier today … and I came across a cafe I hadn’t really noticed before or known about, called Urban Take Cafe. The reason being, they had a chalkboard on the sidewalk saying “$1 Any size Coffee”.

I walked in and was greeted by a young South Asian server and asked him about the promo(s), and he said he wasn’t sure, as he wasn’t directly involved with the promo(s), but the cafe manager was (who wasn’t on the premises) … so not the most knowledgeable chap to tell me what I wanted to know, e.g. how long the promo will last for.

Also, there is another promo stating that if you show that you are following the Take Urban Cafe’s Instagram account and/or leave a review for them on Google, you get a free cookie.

For the $1 Any size coffee deal, for however long its promotion period lasts, this might be an interesting option for RFDers looking for a change-up / alternative to the $1 coffee from McDonald’s.
