These are the non-Dollarama branded products (ie. The hidden gems). Dollarama has decent Dollarama branded products but that’s not the idea of my posts. I’m looking for the good stuff.

Everything at Dollarama is currently $5 and under. If something is more than $5, then it is a mandatory provincially based eco fee that gets added by the government, not Dollarama.

As seen at Landsdowne store in Richmond, BC.

These products may not be restocked and are probably not typically carried.

As Temporel has mentioned in the past, “The idea of posting pictures is to show what you COULD find and should look for. That doesn’t mean you WILL find what is pictured. Not every item is available at every stores. The Dollarama business model is often selling end-of-the-line products or liquidations and that means not enough stock for its > 1,000 stores in Canada. Not enough stock also weto keep provisioning stores for weeks and months. So if you find something that suits you, stock-up as the odds are the product will be gone the next time you shop. If you don’t find what you want at your local store, check another a few blocks away.”

Giraffe Tools lists these for $850 on its website.

I’ve read mixed reviews, but at this price and with Costco’s return policy, I figured it is worth a try.

If anyone here has used one I’d be interested in hearing about your experience.
