When can I take my six free trips?
Once you’ve accepted the offer Terms & Conditions and finished creating your My Account, you’re automatically enrolled. The first six trips you take from the date you register for the offer will be credited on your account. The six trips can be taken any time of day, any day of the week, within one month from the day you registered.
What is considered one trip?
One trip is defined as a one-way passage on the highway, in other words, one entry to one exit.
Is there a limit on how many kilometres I can travel during my trips?
No, the free trips can be used for any length of travel.
Terms & Conditions
During the applicable promotion period (the “Promotion Period”)*, eligible participants who travel on Highway 407 ETR (from QEW in Burlington and Brock Road in Pickering) will receive their first six (6) trips free of charge. A “trip” means one entry and associated exit on Highway 407 ETR. This offer provides a 100% discount on toll charges, trip toll charges, and camera charges incurred during the Promotion Period. Transponder lease fees will continue to apply if you lease a transponder. Applicable discounts will be automatically applied and will appear on your bill as a promotional credit. Credits for any trips
taken approximately seven to ten days prior to your bill date may be reflected on your next bill. Credits cannot exceed the trip value. This offer may be cancelled or modified by 407 ETR at any time and for any reason, upon notice to you. The offer is non-transferable and only qualifying vehicle licence plate(s), as determined by 407 ETR in its sole discretion, will be eligible for the offer.
*407 ETR will notify the customer of the Promotion Period dates at the time they sign up for the promotion. Your offer details, including the Promotion Period will appear in My Account for the duration of this promotion.
Key Eligibility Conditions
This offer is only available to participants who:
1. Have never travelled on Highway 407 ETR with a vehicle registered in their name.
2. Sign-up for My Account and expressly agree to the My Account & Paperless Agreement.
3. Accept the terms and conditions of this promotion.
4. Travel on Highway 407 ETR during the applicable Promotion Period using a personal vehicle:
a. Registered in their own name
b. Weighing not more than 5,000 kg
c. Equipped with a valid Ontario licence plate
