I use regular Sunshine Mix for my indoor and outdoor potted plants and trees. This is a special blend with Coconut Coir that helps retain water even more than the regular mix.

There was a pallet at my Home Depot (Langford BC) with about 40 left at $5.00 a bag. They are VERY WET bags.

Canada Computers has the SOLEYIN Ultra PLA on sale for $12.99 for one 1KG spool, $11.99 ea for 2 – 4 spools and $10.99 ea for 5+ spools.

Only three colours so far (White, Black and Grey) but I wouldn’t be surprised if they add more later on.

Shipping is a bit on the high side ($16 for 5 rolls in my area of Ontario) but for those who are close to a store, order to store for pick-up for free or look for the inventory levels at your local branch and take you chances with a drop in.

Mastermind has a bunch of Coco Village toys on sale, including this balance board suitable for kids 18+ months. It’s down from $99 and cheaper than on Coco’s website which is on sale for $75. I purchased two for pickup at the Mount Pleasant Toronto location this AM and it’s already ready.

The felt protector ($4.50) and cushion ($30) are also on sale

Beware – while this brand has a lot of aesthetically pleasing toys, they have received very mixed reviews online for their quality and customer service. I figured I could return it to Mastermind if I have any issues.

If you have any gift cards, use them up quickly – like today!

The only remaining stores are on Merivale and in Orleans.
Was at Merivale and inventory is very low. Others there had a couple hundred dollars of gc’s and were looking to use them up. I just happen to drop by for eggs and found out, so drove back home to get remaining gcs to spend as well.

They’d closed the west end stores over the past couple of years (Stittsville, Kanata, Westgate, etc) and inventory has been really low so I think the owners knew they’d be closing all of them, leaving customers holding their gc’s. Guess that’s always a danger of gcs, even when there’s discount promos.

Staff said they just found out today, and had no info on last day.
