Notes:
Was in the market for a induction capable cookware set. After extensive research found this brand that is supposedly made in PEI Canada. Majority reviews rave about the sturdy quality and longevity. Note that they may have sold Meyer to some company based out of HongKong, but their website still advertises made in Canada, so we pulled the trigger.
Based on some research: their product lines have the following aluminum core thicknesses
Super steel: 1.4mm
Proclad: 1.8mm (apparently as good as Allclad)
Copperclad: 2.3mm (their best line)
We decided to go with the Proclad 10pc set. Came up to $451 with tax in Ontario minus $30 Rakuten rebate.

Some examples of what I’ve been able to pick up;
~$0.10-$0.25/100g bulk trail mix, raisins, walnuts, quinoa, etc (might be all done now? they switched out all their bulk foods boxes, but they had walnuts on clearance in the new bulk foods section, so idk look for a pink dot sticker.)
$2.14 1 dozen free range eggs
$3.03 44ct kraft singles
50c for liter bottles of bougie fizzy water
They had a bunch of avalon milk for $0.90-$2 on Friday
I’ve been leaving with a very full no frills hauler bag for $25-35.
The manager says they will probably be moving deli / bougie cheese this weekend.
On weekdays, go before 4:30pm ish ideally, they’ve been filling the end caps / fridge ends for all the old stock and seem to stop restocking around 4ish.
I wouldn’t make a drive from burnaby or anything, but if you’re not too far from it, it’s likely worth a visit.
Be aware that sometimes prices go up on items if you’re visiting the next day. I’ve also had 3 items not match the pricetags on the shelf.
