Recently bought this for our new home which has hardwood flooring on all floors. Most negative reviews are related to breaking down out of warranty, which isn’t a concern coming from Costco.

Mops and vacuums in one go, pretty convenient so far. It’s more for easy maintenance, however, since for heavy set in spots you will still need to clean by hand or use a steam mop.
