So I got this deal as an ad from RBC Business.

I guess Telus partnered with some businesses to provide their business clients with certain deals.

I responded to the email ad, and got a call back from Telus with the offer in the pics.

Rep said it’s a preview of their BF deal, apparently we get first dibs as RBC business customers. They also said they only have a limited number of coupon codes for this, so if I wanted it, I shouldn’t wait. Not sure if true or if sales tactic, but the hardware itself I know would be limited.

The buyout for the Pixel 9 Pro XL is supposed to be $130, but on my account it dropped to $48 for some reason.

Gave up my $40 for 100 GB plan to jump on this one, but I think it’s okay. Total for me would be $5 x 24 months + $48 buyout = $168 for a new Pixel 9 Pro XL (Black).

I have a Cruz v2 that I bought secondhand for $600 then spent another $80 on the infant insert 3 months ago. This deal is WAY better than the Babyshow deals or anything else recently.

The Uppababy Cruz v3 SPECIFICALLY Declan color is $920 on a 20% off sale everywhere (WCK, Snugglebugs, Amazon) – BUT AMAZON lets you combine the 15% off registry discount bringing it to an ATL of $792. Buy now think later.

FWIW I LOVE the Cruz v2 so far, I even got a free stroller tuneup from Uppababy. The babyshow deal was pay no tax on the Cruz v3, this is WAY better. I do not see the price coming this low anytime in the near future.

So somebody on Reddit/Criterion figured out an active BF Promo Code for Criterion:

It seems to work for the yearly subscription only. It shows zero due now is because it starts with a 7 day trial, I think.

I think this is in USD$, so there’s that. Not for me, but perhaps some might find it attractive. I don’t see Criterion promo codes in the wild that often, if ever.

ATL except for a warehouse deal for $767 that lasted for 5 minutes in June. Has been ~$958 for the last 6 months.

A note of caution:
This processor is probably way more than you need, and there are more cost efficient solutions for gamers, etc (aliexpress amd cpus with rakuten for the brave?)

It’s not just the price of the processor, this will likely end up costing you quite a bit more buying a more expensive motherboard with better VRMS, moving from air cooling to what probably ought to be a 360mm AIO / a case upgrade, etc.

No real point spending the additional money if you’ll just end up thermally throttling after 60 seconds at full load.
