  • [Amazon.ca] $60 coupon – Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro ($167+tax new) CAD version w/Warranty YMMV

Was looking at getting Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, refreshed page and saw a coupon for $60 off. Applied and bought right away.

YMMV I had left the page open overnight, I tried refreshing and I do not see the coupon anymore. So very YMMV.

Hopefully someone else can get them.

I think they are a very good option if you own a Samsung phone.

  • [eBay.ca] Acer Nitro 16″ / GTX 3050 / i5-13420H / 8GB RAM – $582.40

Kind of a deal, but the 8GB of RAM seems to negate it quite a bit.

People on this reddit thread are saying the ram isn’t soldered though and can be upgraded if you’re up for that:

If RAM is upgradable, with 16GB upgrade this should be a decently good laptop for casual gaming on a budget.

  • [Mobile Klinik] [Black Friday] Mobile Klinik Yonge Eglinton $30-20GB, free iPhone 13 w/ lifetime warranty, free 1-month service, and free speaker!!!

I was at MobileKlinik today in the Yonge Eglinton Centre and they offered me Koodo Plan $30 and a free iPhone 13 with that. Also had iPhone 14 for $2, iPhone 15 for $7 and a free S23 too but I opted for iPhone 13 as other devices do not make any difference for me. No down payment or paying extra at the end of the 2yr term

They were offering a free bluetooth speaker, a $40 screen protector and lifetime warranty on all phone and that warranty was the deal maker for me. First month of the service is on Koodo so that’s pretty sweet.

Just keep in mind that the phones are refurbished. Also I asked the rep to hold a device for my wife but they said it won’t be possible and they don’t do ordering so they can only sell phones which are in their store at that moment. Gonna be back tomorrow after work to grab another one.

I did the math and if I just sell the phone for like $350, I can pay my plan for atleast a year. It definitely does create value for me!

  • [Clek] [Black Friday] 20% off Clek Car Seats – $160 off Foonf

Clek car seats are 20% off for Black Friday (not all fabrics – looks like just the darker coloured models, including their mammoth wool based on the email).

    https://clekinc.ca/black-friday

We’ve had several Cleks – a Foonf convertible seat, Oobr booster seat and also picked up a Liing infant seat years ago for a family member. All were great seats that have lasted many years without any issues. Our Oobr is almost ready to retire now, and still looks brand new.

Canadian company that makes a great product. They’re not cheap, and not for everyone, but we’ve loved them.

Came across another one of these units. I like how it makes ice in 6 mins, which seems quite fast. Does anyone have any experience with this one?
