  • [4iiii] 4iiii Power meter – Left side crank arm – $359.99

The factory install option is discounted by 20%. This is a Canadian company doing top tier work in Alberta. With the factory install option, you send your compatible left side crank arm into to their facility, they install the power meter pod, and send it back to you.

I’m switching from Assioma pedals (which have been great) so that I can swap between road and mountain/gravel pedals.

    First time deal poster.

  • [Long & McQuade] Behringer 2600 Semi-Modular Analog Synthesizer – $425

If you’re looking for a hardware clone of the ARP 2600 semi-modular synthesizer, Long & McQuade has the Behringer 2600 on sale for $425. It’s the black/orange variant with the digital spring reverb and multi-colour LEDs. This is the lowest price I’ve seen it in Canada.

There’s probably not a lot of demand for something like this on RFD, but I’m sure a few of you might find this interesting.

  • [Costco] Motorola walkie-talkies 2 pack 69.97

Link for product details only! Price is in warehouse.

Spotted at Dundas Mississauga location. These were initially 129.99, then 99.97 clearance.

Based on chatgpt this is on the more intermediate end of walkie-talkies and has few nice features like Rechargeable battery, float in water, led and plenty of channel options, and decent range although not the highest.

I don’t know much about these devices but needed one for use on mountain when I go ski and in summer when I go out on water with jetski. Reception with phone can get poor easily.

If you’ve been “eyeing” the Meta smart glasses and have vision coverage through your employer’s group insurance, LensCrafters might be worth considering if your benefits reset on January 1.

    What’s Available:
LensCrafters is currently promoting Meta smart glasses including:

    • Ray-Ban Wayfarer
    • Ray-Ban Skyler
    • Ray-Ban Headliner
    • Oakley HSTN
    • Oakley Vanguard

Note: The newest Gen 3 “Display” version is not yet available in Canada.

    Pricing Examples:

    • Ray-Ban Wayfarer Gen 1 with basic lenses: $473.40 subtotal ($449.73 after Rakuten)
    • Ray-Ban Wayfarer Gen 2 with basic lenses: $572.40 subtotal ($543.78 after Rakuten)
    • Add $100-$125 for polarized sunglasses

The prices aren’t particularly competitive on their own, but the advantage here is being able to claim them through your vision care benefits.

    Stacking Discounts:

    • Use code DISCOUNT10 for an additional 10% off
    • 5% cash back through Rakuten

    Important Notes:

    • You’ll need a valid prescription (not expired, within last 12 months) to order
    • If your benefit plan renews January 1st, this is your reminder to use up remaining 2025 benefits
    • Prices shown are eligible for vision care insurance claims
