So there is some work required to get this price. Let me explain.
Right now, Walmart is running promotion on the “Zift Zillions of Gift” gift card.
You can claim $10 bonus Walmart gift card when you buy $50+ Zift gift card. This offer expires on 24 Dec. You can claim the bonus gift card here.

So now, before going for iPad, you will have to buy 8x$50 Zift gift cards. Make sure Walmart is included in the Zift card retailers list before making the purchase.
Once you get the cards, you can claim 8x$10 Walmart e-gift cards from the above link. (Make sure you claim it before scratching the barcode. You will need to take a picture of barcode to claim the bonus)
Once you have received $80 bonus cards emails, you can redeem all the Zift cards and convert them to $400 worth of Walmart gift cards.
Now you have total of $480 in Walmart Gift cards.
Now the iPads are on sale everywhere nowadays for $389.00 + tax = $439.57 in Ontario. (May be cheaper in other provinces)
You pay for it using the gift cards worth $480.
You will still have $40.43 left in your gift card.
So basically, you pay $400 – $40.43 =$359.57 in Ontario after tax. I.e. $318.20 before tax.
This numbers will vary slightly based on the tax percentage in your province. If you have 5% tax, purchasing 7x$50 Zift cards will be enough to cover the full price.
YMMV based on the stock of Zift cards in your local store.
