Went to the Walmart in Maple (Ontario) and took a walk through electronics out of curiosity to see if there was anything. I saw a few routers on sale and this was part of it.

Walmart has it as $199.98 retail as per the price tag on it. Amazon has it currently at $99.99 but on sale for $78.99. It came out as $25 before tax. Seems like an okay basic router from what I can see. There was 1 left after I bought it – no idea if other Walmarts have it as this price as well so YMMV.

Related to the Steam versions being delisted on/around January 29th, the Android mobile versions of A Normal Lost Phone and Another Lost Phone: Laura’s Story have recently had their prices drop from $5.99 to $0.00 on the Google Play store.

It is unclear how long this 100% discount will last.

Also, it appears that the games have not been updated since June 2023, resulting in them being marked as Not Compatible with phones that have Android OS version newer than 11 or 12. If you have an older pre-Android 11/12 device linked to your Google Play account, its a good opportunity to claim either of these games for free.

It describes methods from ancient China to more modern times in UK and USA.

My 6 year old read the entire book in one sitting and was so enthralled, she didn’t want to go play in the snow until she was done.

Saw this on sale while looking into their NVRs. This is a pretty decent camera if you are able to run POE. These things are great if you are looking to avoid vendor lock-in. They do offer a pretty cheap cloud subscription if you want it, but my real usecase was to intrgrate it into my current Frigate system.

I bought one over boxing day and have been using homeassistant to turn on the floodlight after a random delay once it senses movement in my backyard to hopefully deter any future breakins.
The light is super bright and you can customize its warmth. Video quality is decent at night as well even with the floodlight off. I was also able to integrate it into frigate with a substream too. There is a code on the add to cart page, but you also have to manually enter it as its not auto applied: imreo6cay.

Was buying filament and saw the Centuri Carbon 2 seemed to have gotten a price drop. This also includes the AMS and when I tested checkout, there was Free shipping as well. Not a bad deal especially if youre a beginner just jumping in, this is probably the lowest cost option unless you wanna get a bed slinger (i wouldnt recommend).

Seems like they also throw in a “mystery box” idk what would be in that. Also if you refresh the page a few times, a popup will appear to enter your email for an additional “spin the wheel” discount.

These are the non-Dollarama branded products (ie. The hidden gems). Dollarama has decent Dollarama branded products but that’s not the idea of my posts. I’m looking for the good stuff.

Found the much talked about Milwaukee scissors as well. Didn’t buy a pair but questioning myself if I should have.

These products may not be restocked and are probably not typically carried.

Just picked this up to add some extra ports to my mac. Reviews on youtube seem decent and it has quite a few ports. Not the cheapest one but at least i recognize the brand name on this one. When i bought it there was an additional coupon to redeem (65488COD) for an additional 15% off but i dont see it anymore.
Not sure if its because I used it already or if it was taken down but its worth a shot. Feel free to remove this if the code is invalid. Next time ill try to screenshot it first.

Without the code its still $40 off though which isnt too bad either.
