TP-Link Router (caveat emptor around Chinese router controversies) Archer BE550 tri-band wifi 7 router is $199.99 on Amazon.ca with promo code 50TPLINKOFF.

Price on Amazon is $249.99 but you save $50 by signing-in and claiming/redeeming the promo (click “Redeem”). The promo is only for products sold by Amazon and expires Nov 5.

Sub $200 for a wifi7, 6GHz Band isn’t bad. Perhaps prices are dropping thanks to wifi8 coming.

I already have an Archer 550 Pro, Archer AXE75, and older AC1750 on my EasyMesh network with NordVPN running Wireguard

Update (Oct 31): it looks like Amazon has lowered the price to $219.99. So with the $50 promo, the router is selling for $169.99. Not bad!

After seeing the recent discussion on tlthe various Ryobi impact wrenches, decided to check in store at my local Home Depot. Found this deal randomly with some other stuff. Online price doesn’t match.

From what I gather, for someone like me who is mostly doing just tire changes this is perfect, especially for the brushless version
