This IKEA Nordmarke wireless charger is discontinued and marked down 50% in the warehouse. There were still some available on the bottom shelf last night at the Burlingon ON warehouse, YMMV at your local IKEA.

It comes with the plug in adapter, and also the attachments that let you mount it flush in a table by cutting out a hole, if you want to do that. Worked well with my Motorola RAZR flip phone which is not always the case with other Qi chargers so I got a few.
