Springvale New Zealand Boneless Grass Fed Beef Rib Steaks 290 g (0.64 lb) x 10 pack

This is a great Grass feed steak from New Zealand. I’ve bought several times and never disappoints. Great to do it in a pan or fast in the grill. Not your average steak

Striploin is also on sale from New Zealand

  • [Fatburger Canada] [AB,BC,MB,NWT,SK] 20th Anniversary (5/20-25): 1/4lb Fatburger $6.99 / Combo Meal $11.99 – dine-in/takeout, in-store only

UPDATE 5/20 12pm PT: Finally, there is a new Instagram post (timestamp 11am PT today) with the important details, which was confirmed earlier this morning thanks to an RFD member’s phone call. Replaced deal URL with this new Instagram post, have included screenshot as an attachment.

πŸŽ‰ ALERT, Fatburger Fans! πŸŽ‰ have every reason to celebrate this beloved brand’s 20th anniversary in Canada: For a limited time from May 20th to May 25th, customers can dine in and enjoy a 1/4lb Fatburger for only $6.99 to commemorate this milestone!

Don’t miss out – it’s our way of saying thank you for 20 amazing years! πŸ”πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

UPDATE (5/20): thanks to @Kr4zee8 for calling up Broadway, Vancouver BC store, and finding out price points: ‘Baby Fatburger’ $6.99 / ‘Baby Fatburger Combo’ $12.80. NOTE: the Instagram post visibly shows $11.99 for a combo … maybe $12.80 is with tax included??

    I’m not sure if $6.99 was a 2005-era price for a baby / regular Fatburger, I actually don’t know …

Revised/updated deal post Title with these details, and clarified that participating store locations are in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan.

Its been a few days since this particular Instagram posting – and today is the day prior to the start of their 20th Anniversary Time Warp Treat promo (May 20th-25th, 2025) – and they’re still coy about revealing the prices (maybe 2005-era pricing ??). The Fatburger Canada website has a landing page popup banner indicating that the promo is for Dine-In & Takeout In-Store only (screenshot attached).

I’ll update this post if I come across a newer Instagram/social media post … or a resourceful RFDer manages to confirm & reveal the pertinent details (e.g. price points, which participating store locations etc.) … whichever comes first!

  • [Amazon.ca] UGREEN 3.5mm Aux to Bluetooth 5.3 Car Adapter (USB 2.0 to 3.5mm Jack) – $15.99

I have an older car with only an aux port (no bluetooth). I used to use a radio transmitter to connect my phone, but it died a month ago. I ordered this a few weeks ago and just noticed it was on sale for a slight discount. Its pretty small and you can barely even call it a dongle it needs is a usb port for power and an aux port.
I can confirm that the audio sounds good and the mic works well for calls. I also like that it can pair with my wifes phone and mine, so whoever is in the car it will just automatically connect instead of having to re-pair it.

  • [Costco] Tub O’ Towels Heavy Duty Hand Cleaner $9.97 Online Clearance

60 available as of posting. Didn’t find a comparable price (I see about $68+ on Amazon), but the smaller jug is $20 at Home Depot. It’s probably comparable to $30 regular price. Fast Orange at Princess Auto for $16 is the closest deal I could find, so I think delivered for $10 is pretty good. This jug is going up to the cottage.

    Features:

    • Unique Biodegradable Formula
    • Waterless Hand Cleaner
    • No Petroleum Distillates
    • Contains Cosmetic Grade Walnut Shells Which are Drain Friendly

  • [Dollarama] Dollarama Deals (May 26, 2025)

These are the non-Dollarama branded products (ie. The hidden gems). Dollarama has decent Dollarama branded products but that’s not the idea of my posts. I’m looking for the good stuff.

As seen at the Landsdowne store in Richmond, BC.

These products may not be restocked and are probably not typically carried.

As Temporel has mentioned in the past, “The idea of posting pictures is to show what you COULD find and should look for. That doesn’t mean you WILL find what is pictured. Not every item is available at every stores. The Dollarama business model is often selling end-of-the-line products or liquidations and that means not enough stock for its > 1,000 stores in Canada. Not enough stock also to keep provisioning stores for weeks and months. So if you find something that suits you, stock-up as the odds are the product will be gone the next time you shop. If you don’t find what you want at your local store, check another a few blocks away.”
