Had a call again with a Rogers rep from +1 519 574 0587 and was offered 1.5 Gbps (download) /200Mbps (upload) for $59 with an additional 100$ bill credit (same as they offered during Black Friday for my building). I also chatted with Rogers directly to verify and was offered the same deal. I am in ON so YMMY. Might be interesting for some.
