[Walmart] Sodastream Gaia Sparkling Water Maker (incl. CO2) $48
Haven’t seen this price since COVID, but based on past threads this price comes around about once a year, for me this will probably end up paying itself off in less than 6 months considering how much sparkling water I consume. Pic is from Calgary 130th Ave, Aug. 9 @10:30AM. Original price is $110Sodastream is an Isrealian company so do with that what you will.
Also uses the new quick connect system which makes the canisters more expensive to replace and harder to refill manually, but there are people on marketplace near me that swap them for $10.

[Home Depot] EcoSmart LED bulbs $0.50 clearance (Waterloo, very YMMV elsewhere)
Home Depot in Waterloo (Ontario) has some Ecosmart LED bulbs on in-store clearance for $0.50 per bulb in multi-packs. I saw 4-packs for $1.99, 6-packs for $2.99, and 12-packs for $5.99, both soft white and cool white. Displays were at the contractor entrance and by the appliances, maybe elsewhere as well. Not sure if other locations would have them or if it’s just this one; the web site doesn’t show a price for the 6-bulb warm white SKU (1000835493) when I have the Waterloo store selected.
Stocktrack shows most area stores are out of stock for this SKU, the Waterloo store shows 27 in stock and a $0 price, and Cambridge shows 53, also at $0. The next store with stock is Ancaster and it shows a $5.68 price. A few GTA and London stores show $0 so may also be on clearance. https://stocktrack.ca/?s=hd&sku=1000835493
These are low-end bulbs, normally $0.96 each, low CRI, non-dimmable, about as basic as LED bulbs get. They are specified as suitable for use in damp locations and enclosed fixtures, which is nice. I’ve put a few into use over the past year and they seem to work fine, no significant flicker or anything, nothing obviously different than the old bulbs they replace (though they’re much much brighter than 60W incandescents where I’ve replaced those). They are very very lightweight, suggesting minimal heatsinking of components. But for 50 cents a bulb it’s hard to go too wrong.
